Job summary

Acumed LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to deliver product expertise in operating rooms and clinical settings, building strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare teams. You will identify and convert new business opportunities while managing post-sale support and education of Acumed’s orthopedic solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years medical device sales experience for Representatives, and willingness to travel extensively.

What You’ll Do As a Sales Representative at Acumed, you will:

Who You Are - Ideal candidates will bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• For Associate level: 0–2 years of sales experience (medical or related industry preferred).
• For Representative level: 1–3 years of successful sales experience within the medical device industry (orthopedic preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced clinical environments, including ORs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Credentialing Required:

The responsibilities of this position include frequent surgery visits/observations. The incumbent will be required to obtain hospital‑required credentials.

Target Compensation:

Associate Representatives: $65,000.00– $80,000.00 Experienced Representatives: 100% commission structure - on target earnings typically range from $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually, depending on region, individual performance and sales volume.
