Job summary

Acumed LLC is expanding its sales team across the West Region, including Anchorage, Seattle, Spokane and San Diego. The role focuses on delivering product expertise in operating rooms, building strong surgeon partnerships, and driving revenue growth through new business opportunities.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 0–3 years of medical device sales experience, excellent communication, and willingness to travel extensively.

• For Associate level: 0–2 years of sales experience (medical or related industry preferred).
• For Representative level: 1–3 years of successful sales experience within the medical device industry (orthopedic preferred).

Who You Are - Ideal candidates will bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• For Associate level: 0–2 years of sales experience (medical or related industry preferred).
• For Representative level: 1–3 years of successful sales experience within the medical device industry (orthopedic preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in fast-paced clinical environments, including ORs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Credentialing Required:

The responsibilities of this position include frequent surgery visits/observations. The incumbent will be required to obtain hospital-required credentials.

Target Compensation:

• Associate Representatives: $65,000.00– $80,000.00
• Experienced Representatives: 100% commission structure - on target earnings typically range from $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually, depending on region, individual performance and sales volume.
