This is a commission-driven, performance-based role with uncapped commissions and pre-qualified leads. Expect evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are available, a fast sales cycle, and opportunities to earn $200K+ with strong results.

We sell high-ticket exterior remodeling projects- decks, sunrooms, and full home additions. Homeowners are already interested. Your job is to run the appointment, create urgency, and close.

We're not looking for average salespeople-we're looking for producers. This role is for individuals who know how to take control of a conversation, build value fast, and confidently close high-ticket projects.

• Have a proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
