Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors, a fast-growing home improvement company, seeks an in-home sales closer. As a full-time W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners, present solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

Average first-year earnings range from $150,000 to $200,000, with top performers earning $300,000+, due to uncapped commissions and bonuses. This role offers pre-qualified appointments and a hybrid schedule in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred, not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Weekend availability (6 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do
