Small Biz Heroes, based in Charlotte, NC, is hiring a Sales Representative / Business Funding Associate to join our in-office team. You’ll build relationships with business owners, guide them from discovery through funding, and drive growth with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Industry sales experience is a plus, but character, work ethic, and coachability matter more.
• Backgrounds from roofing, mortgages, payroll, hospitality, athletics, military service, entrepreneurship, customer service appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners through inbound opportunities and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand each client’s goals.
• Recommend funding solutions that fit their business needs.
• Guide clients through the funding process from application to funding.

As a Business Funding Associate, you’ll help business owners secure the capital they need to grow.

You’ll:
