Job summary

Wayne State University seeks ambitious Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a remote field position with weekly meetings at our Carrollton office. You’ll conduct in-home consultations, measure windows, provide quotes on the spot, and aim to close the sale during the visit.

You’ll build a pipeline through inbound leads and canvassing new construction neighborhoods across DFW. Enjoy a base salary plus uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and a company car.

• Must live in the DFW metroplex and have reliable transportation
• Must be confident doing in-home consultations and handling objections
• Must be coachable, consistent, and self-motivated
• Able to walk door-to-door and engage face-to-face

About the Role:

We're seeking ambitious and energetic Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a remote field position, with just one weekly meeting at our Carrollton office.

You'll be doing in-home consultations with homeowners measuring windows, providing quotes on the spot, and aiming to close the sale during the same visit. We provide a mix of inbound leads, but you'll also build your pipeline by canvassing new construction neighborhoods across DFW where demand for window treatments is already high.
