Job summary

Wayne State University seeks ambitious Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a remote field position with weekly meetings at our Carrollton office. You’ll conduct in-home consultations, measure windows, provide quotes on the spot, and aim to close the sale during the visit.

You’ll build a pipeline through inbound leads and canvassing new construction neighborhoods across DFW. Enjoy a base salary plus uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and a company car.

Qualifications

• Must live in the DFW metroplex and have reliable transportation
• Must be confident doing in-home consultations and handling objections
• Must be coachable, consistent, and self-motivated
• Able to walk door-to-door and engage face-to-face
• Must attend weekly office meeting in Carrollton, TX

Responsibilities

• Knock on doors (mostly in new construction areas)
• Perform in-home consultations (measure, quote, and sell on the spot)
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Attend weekly in-person meetings at our Carrollton, TX office
• Track weekly performance and hit sales targets
