Job summary

Peak Legacy Ranch is seeking a motivated sales associate to convert leads into customers and drive sales through connection-building, education, and problem solving. Pay Structure:

• Non-exempt (Hourly) Employee
• Eligible for Commission pay after training - based on sales and performance metrics
• $16/hour guaranteed base pay with uncapped commissions.
• Eligible for Vacation Accrual after 6 months
