Job summary

Peak Legacy Ranch is seeking a sales-focused team member to convert leads into customers, educate buyers, and drive sales at our Kentucky location.

You will contribute to a positive team environment, stay calm under pressure, and uphold company policies while delivering an elevated customer experience. Evening and weekend availability is required, with paid hourly base and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent requirement.
• Excellent verbal, written, listening, and phone communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Availability to work evening and weekends.
• Preferred prior experience in a commissioned sales position.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Pay Structure:

• Non-exempt (Hourly) Employee
• Eligible for Commission pay after training – based on sales and performance metrics
• $16/hour guaranteed base pay with uncapped commissions.
• Eligible for Vacation Accrual after 6 months
