Local POS Depot in Coral Springs, FL is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our on-site and field sales team. You will generate new business, present POS systems, and close deals with local merchants.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in B2B sales, especially in POS or merchant services, and are comfortable with outbound calls and in-person visits. A self-motivated, target-driven mindset helps you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred, with a focus on B2B sales.
• Experience in POS sales, merchant services, or payment processing is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Clover, Toast, Fiserv, Shift4, Heartland, SpotOn, Lightspeed, or similar platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable with outbound cold calling and visiting local businesses.
• Must be able to work in Coral Springs, Florida, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Approach local business owners and decision-makers to introduce POS systems and merchant services.
• Schedule appointments, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales.
• Identify opportunities to reduce merchants' payment processing costs.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales activities and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for merchant onboarding and POS installation.

Job Overview
