Job summary

Timac AGRO USA in Poplar Bluff, MO, seeks a Sales Representative and Agronomic Technical Consultant for Eastern Missouri. The role is hybrid/partial remote with field travel to build grower relationships and educate customers on Timac technologies.

You will gather field data, conduct demonstrations, and help shape the sales strategy for the assigned territory. Bachelor’s in agronomy or related field and sales motivation required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience or motivation to learn.
• Vision and drive to develop a strategic plan and execute.
• Passion for sustainable agriculture; ability to build trust-based relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with growers and act as their trusted advisor.
• Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and technologies.
• Listen to customer concerns and adapt solutions accordingly.
• Travel within the territory to meet customers and demonstrate products.
• Collect field data to inform future sales opportunities.
• Represent Timac at grower meetings and industry events.
• Develop sales strategies to expand product adoption in the area.
