Job summary

RUI USA, LLC is seeking motivated individuals for Work-from-Home Inbound Sales Specialist roles. You will assist customers with service-related sales opportunities across internet, phone, and cable services, delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous sales and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Work-from-Home Inbound Sales Specialist

RUI is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Work-from-Home Inbound Sales Specialists. In this role, you will assist both new and existing customers with service-related sales opportunities involving internet, phone, and cable services. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Our goal is to deliver an excellent customer experience while helping customers identify products and services that best meet their needs.

Work-from-Home Requirements

Open availability required, including weekdays and weekends. Employees will receive two scheduled days off during the week.

Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions or background noise.

Private workspace suitable for webcam use. Employees are required to remain on camera during training, nesting, and production environments.

Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of:

Must have access to a cell phone and wired headset.

Company-issued laptop will be provided.

T-Mobile ISP is currently not supported.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
