Cuchiara & Company is hiring entry-level advisors for a fully remote role with no fixed hours. You’ll receive full training, licensing support, and one-on-one mentorship to help you grow within the agency.

Leads come to you, allowing you to focus on meaningful conversations rather than chasing opportunities. The position emphasizes listening to families and providing fiduciary guidance, with income tied to output rather than a fixed desk presence.

Cuchiara & Company is a fiduciary agency which means our advisors are legally obligated to recommend what is genuinely best for the client. That changes the entire dynamic of the work. There is no pressure to close fast or push a product that pays more. There is just an honest conversation between a professional and a family that needs real help.

We are hiring entry-level advisors who want a role that respects both the client and the person serving them.

• The leads come to you. Our system connects you with families who have specifically requested assistance. You are never starting from scratch or working your personal network.
• Work from anywhere, on your schedule. This role is fully remote with no fixed hours. Your income is tied to your output, not your availability at a desk.
• Support from the start. Full training, licensing, and dedicated one-on-one mentorship are included. We have a documented path from advisor to agency leadership, and we want to help you walk it.

No insurance experience required. We will handle the credentials, you bring the drive.
