Cuchiara & Company is seeking entry-level advisors to build a real career in a nationwide, demand-driven industry. This fully remote role features conversations instead of cold calls, a flexible schedule with no fixed hours, and built-in mentorship along a clear path toward leadership.

Prior experience in insurance is not required, only dependability and coachability. You’ll work with a lead system that assigns meetings with families seeking help, and you’ll grow as fast as your effort allows

• Conversations, not cold calls. Our proprietary lead system fills your schedule with families who have already requested help. You walk into every meeting with trust already established.
• Your schedule, your income. This is a fully remote role. There are no fixed hours and no geographic limits. You grow as fast as your effort takes you.
• Built-in support. From licensing to one-on-one mentorship to a transparent track toward agency leadership - we provide the structure and you provide the work ethic.

You do not need prior experience in insurance. We are looking for people who are dependable, coachable, and genuinely motivated to help families make better decisions.
