Lithia & Driveway in Troy, MI is hiring Sales Representatives to drive customer-focused vehicle purchases. You will guide customers through shopping, presentations, and demonstrations, while building lasting relationships and using the CRM to manage follow-ups and opportunities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of dealership sales experience, and a professional, goal-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership sales experience.
• Courteous and professional written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through vehicle shopping and purchasing.
• Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through the CRM.
• Stay informed on new models and manufacturer updates.
