Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring porters at our Troy, MI location. You will move and display vehicles and support the service department, ensuring clean, ready-for-delivery vehicles and assisting the shuttle driver as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a previous customer-facing role, automotive experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, and drive both manual and automatic transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Move and work with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support service department.
• Prepare repaired vehicles for delivery; monitor and recognize general vehicle repairs i.e. exterior and/or interior cleaning, tire pressure of vehicles, air and fuel as needed.
• Assist the shuttle driver as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
