Job summary

Lithia & Driveway, the parent company of DCH Honda of Temecula, is hiring Sales Representatives. You will present vehicle models, trim options and financing plans to customers, and work toward meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a commission-based pay plan with total earnings estimated from $48,200 to $158,700 annually. Open availability, ongoing training, and growth opportunities come with a supportive team and the Honda brand reputation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Previous experience with Honda or Acura brands
• Ability to communicate with customers in person, over the phone and other digital channels
• Working knowledge of computer systems and office software
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes
• Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available
• Complete follow ups and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers
• Track customers using the store's management system
• Keep up to date with Honda products, features and accessories
• Attend product and training courses
