Job summary

Janney Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Tampa, FL team. You will help homeowners protect and improve their homes while earning uncapped commission and making a meaningful impact in your community.

Average Year 1 earnings range between $85,000-$100,000 with Year 2 earnings of $100,000+ per year. You’ll canvass, inspect roofs, prepare estimates, assist with insurance claims, and coordinate with production to ensure top customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience selling windows and exterior products.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required local solicitation permits.
• Good driving record.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong ability to generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and door-to-door canvassing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to safely climb ladders, walk on roofs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness and ability to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Additional hours as needed.
• Engage with homeowners through canvassing and referrals, helping them with roofing and exterior restoration solutions.
• Conduct roof inspections, prepare estimates, assist with insurance claims, and oversee projects.
• Work with production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, maintain CRM records, and manage payments.

If you are motivated by performance-based earnings, this role offers significant income growth. Average Year 1 earnings range between $85,000-$100,000. Average Year 2 earnings of $100,000+/year. Your earnings grow directly with your sales. Higher performance means higher income.
