Janney Roofing in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to grow our residential exterior remodeling business. Earn uncapped commissions with a draw to provide steady pay, and an average earnings potential of $100,000+ per year.

You will engage homeowners through canvassing and referrals, conduct roof inspections, prepare estimates, assist with insurance claims, oversee projects, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with production teams to ensure a positive customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years in roofing, exterior remodeling, in-home sales, or residential window sales preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required local solicitation permits.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.

Janney Roofing is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you'll help homeowners protect and improve their homes while earning uncapped commission potential and making a meaningful impact in your community.

If you are motivated by performance-based earnings, this role offers significant income growth. Average earnings of $100,000+/year with uncapped commissions. To support you while building your pipeline, we provide a draw to ensure steady pay from your first day. Your earnings grow directly with your sales. Higher performance means higher income.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to obtain and maintain required local solicitation permits
• Good driving record
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain accurate customer and sales records

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm, plus Saturday hours from 9 am to 2 pm in summer.

As our Sales Representative, you'll engage with homeowners through canvassing and referrals, helping them with roofing and exterior restoration solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting roof inspections, preparing estimates, assisting with insurance claims, and overseeing projects. You'll work with production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, maintain CRM records, and manage payments, all while upholding Janney Roofing's standards of professionalism and integrity.
