Job summary

Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our customer base in the Jonesboro area. You will canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and promote our roofing, remodeling, and restoration services while working independently to manage your schedule.

You will earn based on performance, with a first-year range around $70,000 to $100,000 and potential beyond as you close more deals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit.
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders.
• Willingness to travel to local neighborhoods and offices.

Responsibilities

• canvass different neighborhoods around the area to identify potential customers.
• Engage with homeowners to explain our roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.
• Work independently, manage time effectively, and solve problems on the go.
• Conduct roof inspections to assess homeowner needs and present solutions.
• Track progress, adjust strategies, and close more deals.

If you are motivated by performance-based earnings, this role offers significant income growth. Average Year 1 earnings range between $70,000-$100,000. Average Year 2 earnings of $100,000+/year. Your earnings grow directly with your sales. Higher performance means higher income.

YOUR DAY

As our Sales Representative, you'll spend your days canvassing different neighborhoods around the area, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You'll work independently, so time management skills and problem-solving abilities are a must.

Always polite and professional, you'll engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to get a firsthand look at their situation. You'll explain to customers what we can do for them and encourage them to book a service. As you make sales, you'll track your progress and adjust strategies as needed to close more deals!

YOUR HOURS

You'll work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Additional hours as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• 18+ years of age
