Bartlett Roofing is hiring a Sales Representative for field-based, full-time work in Spokane Valley, WA. Expect uncapped commissions with paid training and substantial earning potential through an annual compensation range of $80,000 to $175,000+ on commission, plus benefits.

You will identify leads, conduct door-to-door outreach, inspect roofs, and guide homeowners through the insurance claims process while documenting all sales activities in our CRM.

Formación

• Experience in door-to-door sales or outside sales.

What You'll Do

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door)
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process

• Accurately document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM
