Bartlett Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative in Spokane Valley, WA. This field-based, full-time role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and rapid leadership opportunities as you drive new business by inspecting roofs and guiding homeowners through insurance claims.

You will identify prospects, knock on doors, and manage the full sales cycle, documenting all activities in our mobile tools and CRM. Success comes from a competitive, growth-oriented mindset and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Prospecting and lead generation experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and engage homeowners face-to-face.
• Experience in fast-paced sales environments.

Responsabilités

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door).
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections.
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal.
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining clear, professional communication.
• Accurately document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM.

Compensation: Commission-Based + Paid Training

Expected Earnings: $80,000 - $175,000+ annually (uncapped commission)
