Bartlett Roofing, based in Spokane Valley, WA, seeks a Sales Representative to join our field-based, full-time team. This role features an afternoon/evening schedule and commission-based compensation with paid training, offering substantial earning potential from commissions.

You will identify leads, conduct on-site roof inspections, manage the full sales cycle, and educate homeowners about insurance claims processes while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in door-to-door sales (solar, pest control, alarms, roofing).
• Experience in SDR/BDR or inside/outside sales roles.
• Background in retail, customer service, hospitality.
• Construction, project management, or trades experience.
• Real estate, mortgage, or insurance exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door).
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections.
• Own the full sales cycle—from initial inspection to closing the deal.
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining clear, professional communication.
• Accurately document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM.
