Job summary

Long Fence, an industry leader for 80+ years, is hiring a Residential Sales Associate in the Prince George's County, MD/DC area. You will join an elite team, meeting customers one-on-one, offering fencing and sunrooms, with a personal, no-pressure approach.

The role is full-time, in-territory with base plus commission, and includes six weeks of paid sales training, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, gas allowance, and bonus contests.

Responsibilities

• Meet one-on-one with customers offering a range of services from fencing to sunrooms.
• Provide samples and brochures with a personal, no-pressure evaluation.
• Customize each project to the customer's needs, ensuring satisfaction.
• Operate within the Prince George's County, MD and Washington, DC territory.
• Support sales targets through effective territory management and follow-up.

Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is looking for candidates to join our Sales Team in our Residential Division! This position is territory based with appointments assigned in the territory of Prince George's County, Maryland or Washington, DC.

As a Residential Sales Associate you will be part of an elite team. Trained and supported with management and fellow associates creating an environment for success. Meeting one on one with our customers offering a variety of services from fencing to full season sunrooms. All our opportunities are screened by our call center, preparing you with the information necessary to provide samples and brochures offering a personal, no pressure evaluation for every customer. This position is full-time, exempt. Hours will be based on appointments scheduled Monday-Saturday.

Compensation includes base plus commission. You will earn a commission based on each sale.

The minimum compensation for this position is $59,000.00 annually.

The maximum compensation for this position is $170,000.00 annually.

Additional Requirements:

• All candidates must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test, which includes Marijuana. Medical Marijuana Cards are not acceptable as a Federal Contractor. This position requires a Valid Driver's License
• All candidates must be able to commute to the office and territory based appointments daily.
• All candidates will use their own reliable vehicle for daily lead appointments and dailycommute.
• All candidates must be available Monday-Saturday to run appointments.
  • Appointments are assigned in two hour blocks, starting at 8am and ending at 6pm.
