Job summary

Long® Fence in Odenton, MD is seeking a Residential Sales Associate to join our Sales Team in the Residential Division. This full-time role is territory-based, covering Prince George's County and Washington DC, with training and support from an elite team.

You will meet with customers to discuss fencing and sunrooms, provide samples and brochures, and tailor each project to client needs. Salesforce experience is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required for daily travel.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to discuss fencing and sunrooms.
• Provide samples and brochures with a personal, no-pressure approach.
• Customize each project to the customer’s needs.
• Travel within the territory to scheduled appointments.
• Leads are scheduled in two-hour blocks, Monday–Saturday.

Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is looking for candidates to join our Sales Team in our Residential Division! This position is territory based with appointments assigned in the territory of Prince George's County, Maryland or Washington, DC.

As a Residential Sales Associate you will be part of an elite team. Trained and supported with management and fellow associates creating an environment for success. Meeting one on one with our customers offering a variety of services from fencing to full season sunrooms. All our opportunities are screened by our call center, preparing you with the information necessary to provide samples and brochures offering a personal, no pressure evaluation for every customer. This position is full-time, exempt. Hours will be based on appointments scheduled Monday-Saturday.

• Scheduled Hours are dependent on assigned lead times
• Leads are assigned daily in two hour increments starting at 8:00am and ending at 6:00pm.

Additional Requirements:

• All candidates must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test, which includes Marijuana
• Medical Marijuana Cards are not acceptable as a Federal Contractor
• This position requires a Valid Driver's License
• All candidates must be able to commute to the office and territory based appointments daily
• All candidates will use their own reliable vehicle for appointments and commute
• All candidates must be available Monday-Saturday to run appointments
