Job summary

Dandale Fence, LLC in Baltimore, MD is seeking a friendly, motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. This 1099 role focuses on in-home presentations and helping homeowners and businesses choose the right fencing solutions, from wood to vinyl and chain-link.

You will be the first contact, driving trust and closing deals with a one-call-close approach. Candidates should have 2+ years in-home sales, a valid driver's license, MHIC license, and ability to pass checks.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) license
• 2+ years of in-home, one-call-close sales experience
• Must pass background, reference and credit checks
• 1099 independent contractor position
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Sales Representatives are assigned 1 to 3 customers per day in the local area
• Drive to customers' homes and deliver in-home presentations
• Leverage in-house marketing and print material to target homeowners
• Paid weekly as an independent contractor
