Lithia Motors is seeking energetic Sales Representatives to guide customers through the vehicle purchase and leasing journey at our high-volume Lexus dealership in Valencia. You will present, demo, and test drive vehicles, while building lasting relationships through proactive follow-up.

The role rewards performance with commissions and incentives, while offering training, a collaborative team culture, and opportunities for advancement within a large automotive group.

Competenze

• 1+ years of automotive sales experience.
• CDK/ADP experience.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold and Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
