Job summary

Keyes Lexus of Valencia, part of Lithia Motors, is hiring a Certified Service Technician. This full-time role offers a flat-rate pay structure between $20.00 and $35.00 per hour, with a 5-day work week and two rotating days off. Work hours are Monday–Saturday 9am–8pm and Sunday 10am–7pm.

You will diagnose and repair diverse mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns, perform inspections, and document repairs. ASE certification is required, along with 3+ years of experience and a valid license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience.
• ASE certification(s) required.
• Experience identifying and diagnosing mechanical concerns.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns.
• Complete vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair information to troubleshoot concerns.
• Communicate repair findings with the service team.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures and safety standards.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
