Job summary

Miracle-Ear in Utah is seeking a driven Sales Trainee to become a Hearing Care Professional through a comprehensive paid training program. No prior hearing healthcare experience is required, and you will learn to conduct consultative evaluations, educate patients, and recommend customized hearing solutions.

This is a rewarding, consultative sales role with strong earning potential. You will meet customers in-person, build trustful relationships, deliver exceptional patient experiences, and grow

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare, retail, or consultative sales).
• Commitment to completing training program and obtaining license.
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics.
• Professional, growth-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in-person to discuss their hearing concerns and hearing loss.
• Build relationships rooted in trust, empathy, and professionalism.
• Educate patients on the long-term effects of untreated hearing loss.
• Administer hearing evaluations and guide patients through their results.

• Follow up with prospective patients and nurture leads through the decision-making process.
• Demonstrate hearing devices and guide patients toward confident purchasing decisions.

Benefits

Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM

Compensation: Average 1st year earnings $40k-$60k+ (base + commission); high earning potential once in a selling capacity and licensed
