Job summary

Miracle-Ear is seeking a driven Sales Trainee to grow into a Hearing Care Professional through our paid training program. No prior hearing healthcare experience required, and you will learn to deliver patient-centered evaluations and hearing solutions.

You will meet with customers in-person, educate them about options, and build long-term relationships while developing consultative sales and closing skills in a rewarding, meaningful role with strong earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma / associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Commitment to completing training program and obtaining license.
• 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare, retail, or consultative).
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics.

We’re looking for a driven individual who is passionate about helping others to become our next Hearing Care Professional. We hire individuals from a variety of backgrounds and industries and help them grow from Sales Trainee to Hearing Care Professional through a comprehensive paid training program. No hearing healthcare experience is required.

As a Sales Trainee, you will learn how to:

• Deliver exceptional patient experiences
• Conduct consultative hearing evaluations
• Educate patients and their families about hearing healthcare
• Recommend customized hearing aid solutions
• Build long-term patient relationships

Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM (occasional evenings)

Compensation: Average 1st year earnings $60-$70k+ (base + commission); high earning potential once in a selling capacity and licensed ($100k+)
