What We Offer

• $70,000–$100,000+ potential
• Miracle‑Ear provides an average base pay of 65K during training while we help you obtain your license
• Once licensed, you will be eligible for our base + commission structure, with the average 1st year new hire making 80K
• High earning potential once licensed, with an uncapped commission potential of 100K+ annually
• Work‑life balance, standard business hours of 8:30 am‑5:00 pm
• As a new hire, you will attend a 1‑week, all‑expenses‑paid training in Waco, TX
