Job summary

Lithia Volkswagen of Reno seeks a Sales Representative to greet customers, present vehicles, and guide them through the purchase process. You will demonstrate cars, build relationships, and manage CRM data for continued engagement.

Responsibilities include scheduling test drives, following the Sales 2 Service process, and collaborating with service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to type accurately and enter data into systems.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration rides.
• Develop and prospect new business continuously.
• Gather customer contact and interest information into the CRM.
• Utilize the Salesperson Daily Work Plan to follow-up with prospects and maintain relationships.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Assist during write-up to ensure a non-confrontational experience.
• Maintain knowledge of product information, pricing and promotions.
• Attend daily sales and training meetings and practice skills.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of lot and showroom.
• Deliver vehicles following delivery process and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Introduce customers to Service department following the Sales 2 Service process.
• Obtain required licensing as per state policy.
