Job summary

Acrisure in Orlando is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to grow our Central to Northern Florida insurance agency network. You will develop and maintain relationships with agents, schedule visits, and onboard new partners.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and self-motivation, with up to 60% travel. A college degree or equivalent business experience is preferred; active 2-20 P&C license is a plus.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent business experience preferred but not required.
• Active 2-20 Property and Casualty license preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, networking and relationship ability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with agents in assigned area to generate new business and gather market intel.
• Conduct up to 15 face-to-face agency visits per week.
• Onboard new agents within 30 days with support from Internal Marketing Team.
• Collaborate with Division Directors to expand opportunities identified during agency visits.
