Job summary

Lumber Liquidators in Nitro, WV is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to help customers find the right flooring solution and turn opportunities into sales. You’ll meet with customers, uncover their needs, make confident recommendations, and own the customer from the first conversation through the sale and follow-up.

Enjoy a base pay of $15.00-$18.00 per hour plus monthly commission with no cap, 401(k) with company match up to 4%, paid time off, wellness days, and six company-paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a bonus.
