Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is hiring in Urbandale, IA to join our sales team. You’ll help customers select flooring solutions, build trust, and close sales, while maintaining a welcoming showroom and accurate order processing.

Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour with monthly uncapped commission and bonuses. This is a full-time, on-site role in Urbandale, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a bonus.

• Build relationships that create repeat business, referrals, and new opportunities.
• Own the customer from the first conversation through the sale and follow-up.
• Use sales skills and product knowledge to sell solutions, not just price.
• Consistently hit and exceed your sales goals.
• Keep the showroom ready to impress customers and support the sales process.
• Process orders accurately and help with store operations when needed.
