Lumber Liquidators in Woburn, MA is hiring for a full-time sales role. Base pay is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour with uncapped monthly commission and a bonus program. We offer a 401(k) with company match up to 4%, immediately vested, plus paid time off, wellness days, and 6 company-paid holidays.

Formación

• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus

Responsabilidades

• Help customers find the right flooring solution and turn opportunities into sales.
• Meet with customers, uncover their needs, and make confident recommendations.
• Build your pipeline, follow up relentlessly, and move opportunities toward the close.
• Ask for the sale and overcome objections with confidence.
• Build relationships that create repeat business, referrals, and new opportunities.
• Own the customer from the first conversation through the sale and follow-up.
• Use your sales skills and product knowledge to sell solutions - not just products or price.
• Consistently hit and exceed your sales goals.
• Keep the showroom ready to impress customers and support the sales process.
• Process orders accurately and help with store operations when needed.
