Job summary

Delphos Wireless, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer, is hiring for a Retail Sales Associate at the Hillsboro, OH store. This in-store role focuses on welcoming customers, selling wireless products and plans, activating lines, and helping customers meet their communication needs.

You will work in a fast-paced wireless environment with uncapped commission and a path for advancement. Weekend availability, reliability, and bilingual skills are valued, with benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Wireless/mobile phone sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Weekend availability required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans.
• Activate new lines and process upgrades.

If you enjoy retail sales, customer service, and earning uncapped commission, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced wireless environment.

This is an in-store retail position - not remote or telemarketing. The position is for the store location in Hillsboro, OH.
