Fully Promoted is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our customer base by building relationships with local businesses. This is a field sales role focused on prospecting, in-person visits, follow-ups, and repeat business. If you enjoy being out in the community, talking with business owners, and turning conversations into long-term clients, this role gives you autonomy, structure, and real earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Introduce the Fully Promoted brand and explain our apparel, promotional products, and branding services
• Identify new business opportunities through in-person prospecting
• Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers
• Present product options, promotions, and solutions tailored to customer needs
• Gather customer information and return qualified leads for quoting
• Deliver quotes and follow up consistently to close business
• Maintain an organized follow-up system for leads and active prospects
• Re-market assigned areas on a recurring basis
• Support existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Complete Fully Promoted sales training, including prospecting techniques, objection handling, and suggestive selling

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage territory and follow-ups independently
