Role Description: The Core Sales Representative will drive PreK-12 sales across Western Massachusetts and Rhode Island by engaging with educators and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, tech-savvy, entrepreneurial, and passionate about education.

This is a remote position, open to Massachusetts residents and authorized U.S. workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets by building customer relationships and expanding market share in K-12 education, including support for vulnerable populations.
  • Develop and implement strategic territory and marketing plans.
  • Maintain detailed customer profiles and identify new opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to influence sales and product strategies.
  • Utilize multiple software platforms and conduct research to improve performance.
  • Travel up to 75% and manage resources responsibly, including a vehicle and home office setup.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in K-12 education or teaching.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce, Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license and physical capacity for fieldwork.
