Responsibilities

-Proactively engage with prospective leads to build rapport, identify their needs, schedule appointments, and drive new business opportunities.

-Develop and maintain consistent follow up strategies to nurture leads, strengthen relationships, and maximize conversion opportunities.

-Deliver accurate, personalized insurance quotes and provide clients with clear, knowledgeable guidance to help them make confident coverage decisions.

-Educate and advise clients on their insurance policies, including quotes, claims, policy changes, additional coverage options, and overall protection needs.

-Build longterm client relationships through exceptional customer service, regular communication, and proactive account management.

-Conduct ongoing client check ins to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, identify coverage gaps, and uncover opportunities to provide additional value.

Requirements

-Confident and professional communicator with strong experience engaging with clients and leads through phone calls, text messaging, and email.

-Currently licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C), as well as Life & Health insurance, with the knowledge and credentials to effectively assist clients with a wide range of insurance needs.

-Dependable and reliable, with consistent transportation and the ability to commute to our Mansfield, TX
