Miracle-Ear in the United States is seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to become a Hearing Care Professional. No prior hearing healthcare experience is required, with a comprehensive paid training program and clear career path from Sales Trainee to licensed specialist.

Expect a consultative sales role with strong earning potential, opportunities to educate patients and families, conduct evaluations, recommend hearing solutions, and build lasting relationships while delivering excellent patient

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma / an associate's degree or equivalent.
• Commitment to completing training program and obtaining license.
• 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare, retail, or consultative sales).
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals.

• Flexibility to travel between clinic locations on select days

Benefits

Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM (occasional evenings)

Compensation: Average 1st year earnings $60-$70k+ (base + commission); high earning potential once in a selling capacity and licensed ($100k+)
