Job summary

Island Honda in Kahului, HI is seeking a Sales Representative to greet customers, present vehicles, and accompany them on test drives. You will develop new business, input customer data into the CRM, and follow the daily work plan to nurture relationships and schedule appointments.

You’ll assist with write-ups, ensure a smooth delivery, and connect customers to Service after sale. No automotive knowledge is required; a valid driver’s license, good typing, and basic computer skills are needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration ride(s).
• Develop and prospect new business continuously.
• Enter customer contact and interest information in the CRM accurately.
• Follow up with prospective customers using the Salesperson Daily Work Plan.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Assist during write up to ensure a smooth experience.
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information and promotions.
• Attend daily sales and training meetings; practice core skills.
• Maintain lot and showroom appearance and cleanliness.
• Present and deliver vehicles following the delivery process.
• Introduce customers to Service after sale.
