Lumber Liquidators in Chattanooga, TN seeks a results-driven Flooring Sales Associate. You’ll greet customers, assess needs, and recommend flooring solutions to close deals. Build a pipeline, follow up, and strive to exceed monthly sales targets, with uncapped commission and bonuses.

• Build relationships that create repeat business, referrals, and new opportunities.
• Own the customer from the first conversation through the sale and follow-up.
• Use your sales skills and product knowledge to sell solutions—not just products or price.
• Consistently hit and exceed your sales goals.
• Keep the showroom ready to impress customers and support the sales process.
• Process orders accurately and help with store operations when needed.
