• Review order confirmations to ensure correct products and shipping dates.
• Work with operations and scheduling teams to align on commitments.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain records of all estimates.
• Act as liaison between customers and co-workers.

Our Jacksonville ribbon is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team.

The Sales Representative will work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:30 am-4:00 pm. This role is a permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for new jobs, job changes, additional work scope, and ensure estimates are submitted on time
• Follow processes to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential customers
• Review order confirmations to ensure correct products have been entered and shipping dates are accurate
• Work alongside the operations and scheduling departments
• Communicate clearly
• Keep a positive attitude in all circumstances
• Maintain records of all estimates
• Act as a liaison between customers and co-workers
  
  

Skills, Qualifications, And Requirements

• 4 years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to calculate amounts such as margin, mark up, discounts, etc.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organization and decision-making ability
• Good negotiation skills and persuasive ability
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
• Willingness to learn products, systems and processes
