Job summary

Overhead Door Company in Beaufort, SC seeks a Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves preparing estimates for new jobs and changes, building strong customer relationships, and coordinating with operations to ensure accurate order details and timely scheduling.

The position is a permanent, full-time role with 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm, offering benefits and opportunities to grow within a long-standing industry leader.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to calculate margins, markups, and discounts.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organization and decision-making ability.
• Good negotiation skills and persuasive ability.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
• Willingness to learn products, systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Our Lowcountry ribbon is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team.

The Sales Representative will work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:30 am-4:00 pm. This role is a permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates for new jobs, job changes, additional work scope, and ensure estimates are submitted on time
• Follow processes to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential customers
• Review order confirmations to ensure correct products have been entered and shipping dates are accurate
• Work alongside the operations and scheduling departments
• Communicate clearly
• Keep a positive attitude in all circumstances
• Maintain records of all estimates
• Act as a liaison between customers and co-workers

Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements:
