Lone Star Container is looking for a new business oriented sales person to be based out of our Irving, Texas plant to develop new accounts and grow existing customers in the corrugated packaging markets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new business opportunities though lead generation and follow up
• Manage and track opportunities through use CRM and lead generation technologies
• Maintain and grow business within assigned existing customers through relationship building and exemplary customer service
• Work with personnel in each department to ensure smooth flow of orders through all plant operations
• Comply with all company safety and employment policies

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Three to five years outside selling experience, 1+ years in corrugated packaging a huge plus
• Teachable and capable of quickly getting up to speed on high end graphic printing for corrugated packaging
• Record of success in setting and meeting sales objectives, especially in new account devlopement
• Valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation
• Self-starting requiring little supervision, strong work ethic
• Always being a team player
