Sales Representative Location: Warminster, PA (100% Onsite)

Compensation: $54,000 – $60,000 / year Base + Commission ($12,000 – $40,000+ additional annual earning potential)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Database & Account Management: Mine, manage, and expand an assigned internal customer database (provided and supported by the Sales & Management team) to drive account growth.
• Direct Outreach & Sales: Conduct daily telephone and email interactions with prospective and existing clients.
• Quoting & Order Execution: Generate accurate pricing quotes, process sales orders, and manage transactions seamlessly through the sales pipeline.
• Product Catalog Promotion: Actively promote the complete range of replacement parts, component repairs, exchanges, and equipment services.
• Team Collaboration & Training: Participate in ongoing department meetings, strategy sessions, and continuous product training to stay up to date on machinery specifications.

What You Bring

• Relevant Background: Sales experience in the parts industry (auto parts, HVAC parts, appliance parts, packaging/processing machinery, or related industrial sectors) is strongly preferred.
• Alternative Sales Experience: Highly motivated, self-driven sales professionals with a proven ability to generate and grow business are strongly encouraged to apply.
