Job summary

Clear Title Agency of Arizona seeks a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Gilbert. This role offers a base salary of $55,000–$65,000, plus an attractive commission structure, with opportunities to grow through performance and client development.

You will conduct outbound calls to cross-sell services, qualify leads, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement effective sales strategies across our Phoenix market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an inside sales or telemarketing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to cross-sell customers using scripts.
• Identify and qualify sales leads and provide comprehensive information.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop sales strategies.
• Maintain records of all sales activities in Salesforce.
• Attend meetings and events to attract new clients and open new accounts.
• Attend in-person sales meetings at main office and branches.
• Handover qualified leads to Sales Executives for closure.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.

The Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement and Communication

• Conduct outbound calls to cross-sell customers, utilizing effective sales techniques and scripts.
• Identify and qualify sales leads, providing comprehensive information to potential customers.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Attend external meetings, networking events, and industry functions to attract new clients, uncover sales opportunities and open new accounts.
• Actively participate and attend in-person sales meetings held at the main office and various branch locations, providing insights and feedback to enhance sales strategies and drive performance.
• Ensure timely and effective handover of qualified leads to Sales Executives for further development and closure.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
