Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Rep in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. Candidate should live in LA or spend majority of their time in LA. As a Salesperson, you’ll be the engine behind our business development efforts with proactive outreach, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus
• Self-starter with strong sales instincts and a track record of success, ideally in the transportation or hospitality industry, but open to other industry professionals
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting processes.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support broader business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of our services
• Aggressively source, qualify, and close new business opportunities
• Cold calling, networking, attending industry events, asking for referrals, and utilizing sales software
• Prepare persuasive presentations that highlight our value-added services
• Follow structured sales processes, including call and meeting metrics
• Begin the sales cycle with initial contact and work with Account Executive on long-term account growth
• Meet or exceed revenue targets through consistent prospecting and deal-closing
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and effectively
• Track all sales activity in our CRM system.
• Send weekly update emails to team and management summarizing sales and operational efforts.

Compensation

• Base pay $52,000 annually + Commissions and Quarterly Performance Bonuses
• Base + Commissions + Bonuses could be in the range of $150,000 - $250,000 annual.
