Your Role:

We’re hiring a full-time Relationship-Focused Sales Representative to join our high-performance, mission-driven team. This role is for a seasoned high-ticket closer who also understands coaching, emotional intelligence, and long-cycle relationship-building.

You’ll be assigned qualified leads and will own the full nurture-to-close journey, using direct outreach (DMs, voice notes, email), personalized value-sharing, and 1:1 Zoom calls. You will NOT be responsible for generating leads — we have a strong marketing engine, a dialed-in conversion rate, and consistent lead flow. You WILL be responsible for building trust and converting qualified prospects into committed clients.

This role requires a balance of consultative selling, coaching instincts, and entrepreneurial ownership.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Own the full journey from lead to client
  • Nurture and qualify leads across channels: email, SMS, Instagram/Facebook DMs, and our free community (Dream Practice School)
  • Conduct Zoom consultations focused on emotional connection, insight, and alignment — not high-pressure pitches
  • Build relationships over time: 8–10+ touchpoints and 7–11 hours of brand exposure is typical before conversion
  • Personalize outreach with resources, videos, warm referrals, or thoughtful follow-ups
  • Track lead engagement using our CRM and maintain accurate notes and deal flow
  • Participate in brand-forward visibility (e.g., IG stories, YouTube presence) to pre-warm prospects
  • Understand that today’s “no” could become a “yes” in 3 months — and act accordingly

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

  • Have closed $5K+ programs in coaching, consulting, or education and can back it up with metrics
  • Know how to hold emotional space for hesitant buyers and guide them with clarity and empathy
  • Are a coach at heart — able to help others move through fear, overwhelm, and indecision
  • Are organized and autonomous — you don’t need micromanagement to manage 150+ active leads
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit — you think like an owner, take initiative, and thrive in high-trust, performance-based environments
  • You are coachable, responsive to feedback, eager to learn, and adaptable in your approach to sales conversations

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales ($5K+), ideally in the coaching or online education space
  • Prior commission-based or performance-driven role required
  • Coaching experience strongly preferred — especially with mindset-based, therapeutic, or leadership frameworks
  • Formal coaching certification (e.g., ICF, CTI, etc.) is a big bonus, although not a requirement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — authentic, thoughtful, and clear (without reliance on AI tools)
  • Comfort across nurturing and closing mediums (Zoom, email, text, DMs, voice notes, etc.)
  • Experience running your own business and/or thriving in a small, high-accountability team is a major plus
  • Must be U.S.-based or a U.S. citizen living in a North American time zone

Compensation:

  • $5,000/month guarantee first month
  • $2,500/month irrevocable draw + commissions months 2+
  • 8% commission on all sales during non-launch months, 6% commission during active launch periods (Average deal size is ~$17,000 — realistic OTE $100K+ for a high performer once up to speed on our processes)
  • No cap on commissions
  • Contract-to-hire
  • No health benefits currently (open to future discussion)

  • Mock sales call or objection-handling task (written + recorded — no guesswork, just show us your skill)
  • Final interview
  • Employment verification (to verify dates and past employment described on the resume and discussed in the interview)
  • Reference check (you will help set up calls for us with references from previous positions)
