Your Role:
We’re hiring a full-time Relationship-Focused Sales Representative to join our high-performance, mission-driven team. This role is for a seasoned high-ticket closer who also understands coaching, emotional intelligence, and long-cycle relationship-building.
You’ll be assigned qualified leads and will own the full nurture-to-close journey, using direct outreach (DMs, voice notes, email), personalized value-sharing, and 1:1 Zoom calls. You will NOT be responsible for generating leads — we have a strong marketing engine, a dialed-in conversion rate, and consistent lead flow. You WILL be responsible for building trust and converting qualified prospects into committed clients.
This role requires a balance of consultative selling, coaching instincts, and entrepreneurial ownership.
